About the Author
Phillip Tilley was raised in rural Montana. He has a diploma is small business management, trained as a financial planner for American Express, and operated several businesses including mail order, jewelry, manufacturing, janitorial, and micro-business consulting. After working as the supervisor of the Environmental Science department of a major hospital he became a member of Who's Who World Wide of Environmental Scientists in 1993. His military career includes the National Guard, inactive National Guard, Army Reserve, inactive Army Reserve, and the regular Army where he was a member of an elite Special Operations Unit. He attended officer candidate school at the Montana Military Academy and tested for a job with the CIA.
Phillip is a workaholic often holding down two or three jobs at the same time. He has written several articles and booklets on American Business. Four years of research went into the creation of The Money Matrix of the New World Order.
